Covid-19
Response
We want you to know that God loves you, we love you, and we are here to serve you and help you and your family out in any way possible during this difficult time.
During this time out of an abundance of caution and support for our church/community, we want you to know that we are taking extra precautionary measures to ensure your safety as well as the safety of your family.
As an added safety measure we are currently using a sanitary fog machine to clean all areas of our church facilities on the first and third week of each month. The sanitary measures are safe for everyone and helps to ensure the safety of our family members.
While we cannot guarantee a 100% virus free facility we still want you to know that we are taking as many precautionary measures as possible to keep you and your loved ones safe for in-person worship experiences.

Here is how you can respond
Prayer
Here at GVBC we believe that prayer changes things. One of the greatest privileges a believer has is to lift others up in prayer. During this time we can be praying for the salvation of others…to find the Hope of Jesus during a time when it seems as all hope is lost. We can also be praying for the healing of those affected, for medical staff and also the staff of GVBC as we try to help minister during this time. We also are committed to praying for you.
Increase our generosity
God’s people don’t shrink from difficult times, instead, we react in faith believing that God uses our increased generosity to meet needs and shine a light of hope into the darkness people around us are experiencing.
Ways to Give
One of the biggest ways you can help is to automate your giving. Set up recurring giving so that no matter how often we are able to gather, God’s work can continue. To give please click the donate button below and scroll down to the Online Giving portion and click the PayPal donate button to securely give online.
We can also look for ways to step out and bless the people around us:
- Who is anxious?
- Who is directly affected by these events?
- Is there anyone in your world who can’t travel home?
- Lost their regular work?
